What a CSS pilot includes

The number of monitored points and the pilot period are agreed after reviewing the site. The structure below keeps the work controlled without pretending every installation is identical.

Identify the selected stop points, installation constraints, connectivity options and the people involved in response.

Defined pilot plan

Agree the devices, users, responsibilities, success measures, test method and review points before installation.

Configured CSS equipment

Prepare the agreed monitoring devices and associate them with the correct site, area and stop point.

Platform access

Provide nominated users with the CSS dashboard and Android-app workflows needed for the pilot.

Checks and support

Record installation and functional checks, support users and review observations during the agreed pilot period.

Evidence and findings

Bring recorded events, response information, downtime, user feedback and limitations into an end-of-pilot review.
