Close Safety Systems is an independent, family-run business based in Lancashire. That means long-term responsibility for the product, direct conversations with the people using it and a practical approach to building the company carefully.

Dale’s background spans aerospace systems integration and facilities engineering, including work around high-integrity rigs, test environments and industrial safety contexts.

CSS grew from a practical observation: an emergency stop can perform its protective function correctly while the wider organisation still lacks immediate clarity about exactly where it happened, who is responding and what evidence should be retained.

The company is now preparing its connected hardware, firmware, dashboard and mobile workflow for controlled pilot validation.
